Graduation with a 2-year degree in Networking Administration
I completed a 2-year Networking Administration degree from Dakota County Technical College. I learned a lot in the program; my main interests going forward are network configuration and network security. I've configured networks using Cisco routers and switches, working with OSPF, EIGRP, inter-VLAN routing, access control lists, and more. I set up a web server, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory on top of Windows Server 2022. Another key part of my skillset is automating tasks with PowerShell scripts and file manipulation using the command line. My education also covered SQL Server configuration and database design. Upon completion of the program, I received a letter of recommendation from my teacher, Nathan Blommel.
